SIKON supports development of human systems, life of individuals, family and business communities, through workshops, seminars, lectures, training and other types of consultancy and coach work in Croatia and in neighboring countries. In our work we are devoted to development and spread of use of systemic approach, mostly based on constellation work as done by Bert Hellinger, to help solve some of the most pressing life challenges and questions for individuals, families, teams, and social and business organizations.
